World Youth Cup .. Ismail Matar best Arab achievement
The World Youth Championship, which will be held in Poland from May 23 to June 15, will kick off on Thursday.
The tournament includes 24 teams: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Japan and South Korea from Asia, Senegal, Nigeria, South Africa, Mali from Africa, Mexico, Panama, the United States and Honduras from CONCACAF, Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Colombia from South America, New Zealand and Tahiti from Oceania. Europe through the teams of Italy, Portugal, Ukraine, France and Norway.
Ismail Matar is the UAE's best player in the history of the tournament after winning the 2003 FIFA World Player of the Year award in the UAE when he beat Brazil's Dali Alves and Dodo.
Ismail Matar is the only Arab player to win the FIFA World Youth Player of the Year Award, which has already been crowned by many world stars such as Lionel Messi, Sergio Aguero, Argentina and Frenchman Paul Boujba.
