Gmail introduces "Secret Mode" for G suite users
Google announced the introduction of the "secret mode" for users G suite By default starting June 25 to apply GM Mail, this is to help them send confidential messages with sensitive details specific to the work.
Users can set a time to terminate the message, which prevents anyone from accessing it at the time of the day. In addition, if the message is valid, the recipient will not be allowed to copy, download, or resubmit it to another person.
The user can add more security to the message by preventing it from being opened unless the recipient enters the verification code sent to the phone.
Application of GML
Personal account holders could use the feature in the 2018 design, which has been applied so far, where they can create a new email and then click on the close icon next to the send button that allows them to adjust the information.
The lock icon will be available in the same place as soon as the secret feature is launched and whether it is activated or not when the message carries a blue mark and a warning next to the creation window to protect the content.
