Causes of Headache Hunger
Hunger-related headaches may be caused by a lack of food or drink, or both. Some of the most common causes of hunger headaches include:

Lack of caffeine.
The release of body hormones refers to the brain that you are hungry, these hormones themselves may increase blood pressure and tighten blood vessels in the body, causing headaches.
Cure Hunger Headache
The headache of hunger can be alleviated by drinking water, and if it is caused by caffeine withdrawal, it may help you drink a cup of tea or coffee.
It takes a person 15 to 30 minutes to adjust and rebuild blood sugar stores, and if you feel that your blood sugar is low you may need to eat something rich in sugar, such as fruit juice.
