We publish the provisions of the internal navigation law as approved by the Parliament after its amendment

The Seventh Day publishes the draft internal navigation law submitted by the government, as approved by parliament in principle, in the plenary session, which is currently under the chairmanship of Dr. Ali Abdel-Al, to discuss the report of the transport committee on the government project.
The articles of issue were amended as follows:
Article [1]: The provisions of the internal navigation law that accompanies this law shall apply.
Article 2: Law No. 10 of 1956 on internal navigation shall be repealed, and any provision contrary to the provisions of this law shall be repealed.
Article Three: The competent ministers shall issue the necessary decisions to implement the provisions of the accompanying law. The Prime Minister shall issue the executive regulations of the accompanying law upon the proposal of the competent minister within six months from the date of issue.
Article 4: Licenses issued under the provisions of Law No. 10 of 1956 shall remain in force until the expiry of their term.
Article 5: This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect thirty days after the date of its publication.
