The defendant returned the request of another financial amount of the victim, but he refused and there was a verbal quarrel, which resulted in the firing of several shots towards him, causing injury that led to his life and fled the escape .
The accused surrendered himself to the departmental court and confronted him with the admission of the incident as a result of the victim's failure to fulfill his promise to help him financially. He resolved and intended to get rid of him.
In order to do so, he bought the weapon used in the incident from an unidentified person and hid it inside the church in the fifth-floor luggage store. Today he brought him and assaulted the victim.
Following the legalization of the proceedings, the body was transferred to the Zinham clinic in Cairo, and the custody of the body is at the disposal of the Public Prosecution.
