Supplying 87 thousand tons of wheat crop to Shun and silos in Sohag

Hassan al-Shebani, the undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply in Sohag, said that 87,000 tons of wheat crop have been supplied to Shun and silos in the governorate so far, since the start of the wheat season on April 15.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Sohag, said that the receipt of the wheat from the farmers is according to the specified prices of 685 pounds for the Ardab purity of 23.5, the price of 670 pounds for the purity of 23, and the price of 655 pounds for the purity of 22.5, pointing to the careful follow-up of the supply to prevent any manipulation , As well as periodic examination of the quantities received.
The Governor of Sohag stressed the need to overcome all obstacles to farmers until the governorate achieves the largest supply this year. He pointed out that the governorate is sparing no effort to pay attention to farmers and provide all facilities for them since the beginning of the harvest.
