Supply 130 thousand 245 tons of wheat for shun and silos in Menoufia and New Valley
Atef Al-Jamal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade of Menoufia, announced today that the total supply of wheat crop in the 2019 season from the beginning of the supply season to 130 thousand 245 tons of wheat today, stressing that the process of supplying wheat until the end of the harvest season.
Al-Gammal stressed the facilitation of all procedures during the receipt and overcoming the obstacles that hinder the supply operations. He pointed to the daily monitoring and monitoring of wheat receiving operations and inspection by the relevant committees at the governorate level.
Al-Gamal stressed the need to comply with the supply controls in accordance with the rules and conditions necessary to maintain the safety of the crop as one of the important strategic crops of the state and its preservation is considered a national security.
Eng. Emad Bahr, Director of Cooperation Affairs at the Directorate of Agriculture in New Valley, said that agricultural cooperatives collected wheat from the farmers and supplied it to the New Valley silo, contributing to the performance of excellent service for farmers to avoid the conditions of transport and distance within the governorate.
Bahr added that 21 thousand Ardabs were collected in cooperation with the Central Association and delivered to the silos, stressing that the agricultural associations call on the farmers to collect wheat anywhere in the farms and transfer it to the silos as a national duty, stressing the cooperatives role in this regard.
