The Directorate of Education in Qalawia, led by Taha Ajlan, said that work is being done to solve the problems in the remaining schools, and that the proportion of the examination of students in the schools of the province of the first grade secondary 100%, through coordination with the centers of technological development in different departments.
Ajlan confirmed that the Directorate has completed all its preparations for the end of the second semester of the first grade, in accordance with the new system for the academic year 2018-2019. On Tuesday, 39,252 students were tested in 12 educational departments.
He added that an operations room was set up under the chairmanship of the Undersecretary of the Ministry, the membership of Atef Salama, the undersecretary of the Directorate, Dr. Mohamed Abdul Rashid, the Director General of General Education, and the directors of secondary education and technological development to follow up the tests and deal immediately with any emergency.
Ajlan pointed out that the students were supposed to take the Arabic language test on two morning periods for public schools from 9 to 12 noon and evening for non-governmental schools from 1 to 4 pm and within 3 hours. After the confirmation of the reasons called for by the technological development officer at the school with the necessary legal procedures, and after taking the approval of the Chamber to follow up the examination of the ministry and the preparation of a record by the observers and technologist development technology Z in the event of a malfunction device during tablet student performance test so as to ensure the right of the student.
The undersecretary of education in Qalioubiya stressed the importance of providing an atmosphere of calm and affection while performing the test, treating the students and parents well and taking all procedures related to securing tests.
