Sources: Denial of students with diplomas seized by telephone and pictures of exam questions
According to official sources for the "seventh day", students who were brought to the technical diplomas examination committees with mobile phones and pictures of questions and parts of the exam will be deprived of the exam whether the penalty of deprivation of one article or the whole year.
The sources added that the students are being investigated by the legal affairs, which is authorized to impose sanctions on the students according to the law.
The ministerial decision regulating the examination works specifies 7 cases in which the student's examination in all subjects is canceled and is considered a failure in the academic year, including if it is photocopied, printed, published, broadcast or promoted by any means, questions or answers before or during the examination committees. These committees or outside them for the purpose of cheating or disturbing the public order of the exam or participating in the commission of any of these acts. Also, the student's examination in all the materials in the case of fraud, or the initiation or use of it or help him by any means during the examination.
The student's exam will be canceled in the course of the exam, with the application of the penalty prescribed by law, in the case of the student's possession of the mobile phone or any of the technological devices or any other means or tools that help to cheat during the examination.
