Major General Mohammed Al-Faham, head of the Farafra Center in the New Valley Governorate, announced that a protocol had been signed with a number of associations in the center to hand over the residential plots to the citizens in the villages of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Othman bin Affan, Abu Hurayrah and Major Sbeih.
