Al-Ahli club members at the Al-Jazeera Club called on the board of directors to take necessary measures to cover the area around the swimming pool inside the club, due to high temperatures in the summer.
Parents of swimmers complained of damage to their children as a result of direct exposure to scorching sun and the resultant injury to players in the skin or sun stroke or fall in circulation.
The members of the club also called for the need to increase the time allocated for women to go down to the swimming pool, especially since the time allocated is mostly at the height of the heat.
He appealed to the parents to the attention of the Governing Council to their demands.
