MP Sylvia Nabil: Budget programs and performance of the Ministry of Manpower is very good

MP Silvia Nabil, head of the sub-committee formed by the Budget and Budget Committee, to follow up the implementation of the 2030 strategy and the budgets of programs and performance, said that the budget of the programs and performance provided by the Ministry of Manpower is very good but has some modifications.

She also asked Nabil about the reasons for the decrease in the number of training courses for the disabled from 100 to 20 in 18/19 courses and 19/20 25 although the number of beneficiaries is constant and the fact that the previous year is the year of special needs

She said the existence of the informal sector integration program was good, but the indicators were irrelevant and needed to be amended.

Silvia asked Nabil about the number of workers benefiting from health care from 20 thousand to 11 thousand, and representatives of the ministry explained that the observations noted by the Committee will be amended.

This came during a meeting of the Committee of Plan and Budget, held today in the House of Representatives to discuss the budget of the Ministry of Manpower and its affiliates for the financial year 2019/2020 and budget programs and performance of the ministry for the same year.
