The government has put in place new regulations and regulations that clarify the right of the state and the right of the investor, in addition to a unified model and modernization of all contracts, and the establishment of a branch of the investor services center within the general free zone in Nasr City to facilitate investors.

1 The government aims to establish 7 new free zones in the provinces in order to attract more investors, increase exports and productivity.

2. The Government's plan includes the establishment of areas in Minya, South Sinai, New Ismailia and craftsmen in Giza, Jamsa in Dakahlia, Aswan and Kafr El-Sheikh.

3 The seven regions are expected to include more than 1,000 projects, contributing to the provision of some 120,000 jobs.

4- The number of projects in free zones exceeded 1095 projects, with capital amounting to 12.5 billion dollars.

5. Foreign direct investment in the free zones reached 2.15 billion dollars.

6 – The cost of investment in the free zones about 26.3 billion dollars.

7. These projects contributed to the provision of 194 thousand jobs.

8 Exports during the first four months of 2019 amounted to about 6 billion dollars.
