Judicial training on alternative means of settling investment disputes
High-level sources said that the Ministry of Justice has completed the training of members of the judiciary bodies on alternative means to settle investment disputes such as arbitration, mediation and negotiation.
The sources explained that these courses contributed to raising the efficiency of the human element in the practice of arbitration and negotiation, and also helped to reduce the volume of investment disputes before the economic courts and arbitration centers in view of reaching solutions in disputes before reaching the courts and centers through mediation and negotiation.
The sources pointed out that it is scheduled to access new mechanisms through courses that have been held internationally accepted for the settlement of disputes between investors in order to encourage investment and attract international investment.
