Governor of Giza follows the development of the road of the Nile cruiser at a cost of 33 million pounds

Major General Ahmed Rashed, Governor of Giza, continued the development of the Nile Road, 6 km long and 22 meters in the area of ​​Al Warraq district, where the paving of the road from the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation building to the Nasr Company for Castings took place and continued for 10 months.

Rashid stressed that the total cost of the development and paving of the road of the Nile cruiser is 33 million pounds, which is a vital and major road and witness high traffic densities throughout the day and the importance of adults on the people of Al-Warraq, Osim and northern Giza.

The governor's remarks came during a tour he carried out to follow up the paving work and raise the concerns and infringements of the river road to expand it in front of traffic.

Rashed instructed the director of the Roads Directorate to follow daily and coordinate with the companies of electricity, communication, drinking water and sanitation to turn any tracks for cables or pipes, in order not to obstruct the paving work and the ongoing expansion of the road, stressing the reinforcement of both sides of the road with concrete docks to ensure that the cars do not slip. On the lives of passers-by and the central island will be reinforced with concrete slabs.

The governor also directed the head of Al Warraq district to remove any transient concerns on the lines of the organization by the side of the road and not to allow them again to show the product of the paving and expansion of the road to the optimum.

The tour was carried out by the governor and accompanied by Major General Mohammed Raafat General Secretary, during which he directed Al-Warraq District in coordination with Giza City to ensure the installation of modern LED lamps by road and daily follow-up of the work carried out by the company to ensure its application of the highest quality standards in implementation.

During the tour, the gardens and green spaces located at the bottom of the 6th of October Bridge on Al-Batal Ahmed Abdel Aziz Street will be inspected along with the extension of the Ministry of Agriculture Street, where the head of the Dokki district has been commissioned to develop the green areas.
