Governor of Assiut: Completion of the procedures of 17 thousand requests for legalization of land conditions of state property
General Gamal Noureddine, Governor of Assiut, stressed the completion of working procedures in the system of legalizing the situation of the land-setters on the land of state property, in accordance with the government plan and the directives of President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi, President of the Republic to standardize the hand and recover the right of the people, in accordance with the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers. In the private property of the State and stipulated in the provisions of Law No. 144 of 2017 for the recovery of state property, pointing out to take all necessary measures to remove all obstacles and obstacles that may face the committees to determine the appropriate prices for that land, each piece separately, Uh or her understatement according to the actual value of the area.
This came during a meeting with the officials of the system of rationing and state property in the centers, in the presence of Eng. Nabil Tibi, Assistant Secretary General of the Governorate.
The Governor of Assiut stressed the need to remove all infringements on state property and agricultural land, which have not been submitted to the legal system and files, without compromising or shortening and signing deterrent penalties against violators and working on finalizing the procedures for the decision and release of contracts as soon as possible, Of the necessary procedures for this, to release more contracts until the completion of all requests from citizens, which amounted to 17 thousand and 607 applications at the level of the province, to be the periodic follow-up work of the committees of rationing and pricing of that land, a weekly meeting under the supervision of the Assistant Secretary of Mata The work being carried out Ah in this regard.
