Dr. Bader Abdel Aati, Ambassador of Egypt to Berlin, spoke at the beginning of the event about the importance of efforts to preserve and preserve the Egyptian heritage and its digit for future generations, pointing to the Egyptian leadership's keen interest in culture and civilization. Dr. Abdel Aati also noted the important visit by Dr. Archbishop Khaled Al Anani, Minister of Antiquities, to visit Berlin in the next few days in the framework of further pushing and activating cooperation between Egypt and Germany in the fields of protection and preservation of monuments, providing training and capacity building, Which will further stimulate the cultural tourism of the country.

Dr. Hesham Azmi, President of the National Library and Archives, spoke about the efforts of the Book House, which was established in 1870, to benefit from the international expertise in the preservation of thousands of manuscripts, which are in the records of the Library and Documentation House and represent a great human resource in various languages. Dr. Atef Mansour, Dean of the Faculty of Archeology, Fayoum University, stressed the cooperation of the university with international bodies and the establishment of the Islamic Coins Center at Fayoum University, pointing out their keenness to cooperate specifically with Germany in light of the interest of German institutions in East and Egyptian heritage in particular.

Albrecht Foss, head of Islamic Studies at Marburg University, said that the horizon is open for further cooperation between Egypt and Germany in the development and preservation of manuscripts and documents, and in the light of the multiplicity of German centers and institutions with expertise and advanced technology in this field.
