Astronomical research: The sun orbits tomorrow on the Kaaba at the time of noon Azan
On Monday, 22 of Ramadan, May 27, the sun will rise above the Kaaba, which will happen at the time of the adhaan for noon prayer at 12:18 Mecca time.
The Sun Research Laboratory at the National Institute for Astronomical Research, through its Facebook page, revealed that at this moment the shadow of the Kaaba will disappear and the direction of the sun for any point on the surface of the globe is the direction of the Qiblah.
The Sun Research Laboratory pointed out that the elevation angle of the sun at the time of Zuhr prayer over the Ka'bah will be equal to 89,93 arc, which is not separated from full dependence (reaching an angle of 90 degrees, only 0.07 degrees).
It is worth mentioning that the phenomenon of sun-rise over the Kaaba occurs twice a year, the first on May 27 and the second on July 15, which is an interesting astronomical event for those interested in these events and for fans and scholars of the science of celestial mechanics and astronomical astronomy.
