3 years imprisonment for a worker trading in the "hashish" in the east
The Zagazig Criminal Court in Sharqiya, today, a worker, was sentenced to three years in prison for trading in the substance of the "hashish" drug.
The decision was issued under the chairmanship of Chancellor Ibrahim Abdel-Hay Mohamed, and the membership of the advisers Walid Anwar Ibrahim, Ozzat Samir Ezzat, and Secretariat Mohamed Farouk.
The events of the case No. 4532 of 2019, the crimes of Minya al-Qahm, were received by the director of security of al-Sharqiya, a notification from the police officer of the Minya al-Qamh police station, stating that Mohamed Malal, 22, an agricultural worker, resident of Malams village, A roll of the substance of the "hashish" drug weighing 840 grams for the purpose of trafficking, and a firearm is a person with a cartridge and a shot of the same caliber.
The defendant and the seizure were put on trial, and before the public prosecutor's office, it decided to refer him to the Zagazig Criminal Court, which issued its advanced judgment.
