World Youth Cup .. Saudi Arabia achieves a record number of Arab participations
Saudi Arabia have been among the top teams in the World Youth Cup in history.
Saudi Arabia are in ninth place in the 2019 World Youth Championship, which is hosted by Poland from today.
The World Cup draw drew Saudi Arabia in Group E with France, Mali and Panama.
Honduras, New Zealand, Uruguay, Norway, Group D Nigeria, Ukraine, America, Qatar and Group F Portugal, South Korea, Argentina, South Africa.
The Saudi team beat Egypt, which won the World Youth Cup on eight occasions.
It is noteworthy that 11 Arab teams tasted the taste of participation in the World Youth Cup, and the only absence of Arabs in the World Cup for young people back to the version of 1983 in Mexico.
