One of the contractors, Amir Mukhtar, said that according to the instructions of the ministry and the Governor of Eastern Province Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab to install the temporary, the educational departments at the governorate level began in February to submit the workers and administrative files to the Directorate of Administration and Administration to start the recruitment procedures to the administration of West Zagazig, That they are 298 administrative and contracting workers on a level, do not receive salaries for more than a year and deprived of appointment without a known reason .

For her part, Wafaa Saleh, Director General of the Department of West Zagazig, explained that the reason for delaying the administration's provision of temporary files of administrators and workers for management and administration, like other departments, is that it has set up a committee to examine and process advanced recruitment lists to investigate the accuracy and ensure their eligibility for appointment .

She confirmed to the "seventh day" that the committee discovered the existence of three workers who do not have the right to the appointment and took legal action in that, she explained that the administration years ago had already detected false contracts forwarded to the Attorney General were dismissed by the decision of the prosecution and the governor of the east.
