Violations of imprisonment in the new traffic law
There is a set of deterrents in the new traffic law, each of which falls under a certain category, through which a financial penalty and imprisonment of violators of the rules, including:
– The use of cars in assemblies and the disruption of traffic on the roads
The violation falls under the third tranche, during which 3 points are deducted if they are committed, imprisonment for a period not exceeding one month, a fine of not less than 500 pounds and not more than one thousand pounds or one of them.
– No announcement of the rickshaw tariff clearly outside and within passenger transport vehicles
Article 76 of the new traffic law approved the violation within the first tranche of the law by deducting a point if a violation was committed, and a fine of not less than 100 pounds and not more than 200 pounds.
