Urban communities: allocation of 77 acres for the first integrated urban project in the city of Nasser
The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority approved the allocation of two plots of land with a total area of 77 feddans, in the second district of Nasser City in Assiut, to Porto Assiut for tourism development, for the establishment of an integrated urban project.
Eng. Tariq Al-Sebaie, Deputy Chairman of the Urban Communities Authority, said that this is the first complete urban project in Nasser City. He pointed out that the built-up area of residential activity is not more than 25% of the total land area, , And the area of services does not exceed 12% of the total area of the land, while allowing the service from outside the project provided that the payment of bonuses prescribed in accordance with the rules.
He stressed that the project population density will not exceed 150 people / feddan maximum, and the duration of implementation of the project 6 years and a half calculated from the date of the first ministerial decision to adopt the planning and division of the project, with the company's commitment to implement 10% minimum of project facilities during the first year with the issuance of the ministerial resolution The payment of the advance payment shall be completed at the rate of 15% (with the deduction of the payment made as a serious reservation) upon allocation, plus all administrative fees, within one month from the date of notifying the company of the receipt of the financial claim. As soon as the grace period expires Nohah the company of two years from the date of payment of the financial claim submitted with the payment of accrued interest for that period.
