Tuning a butcher for slaughter inside Damietta garage
The Department of Supply Investigation in Damietta, in cooperation with the Department of the massacres of veterinary medicine, managed to seize a butcher following the receipt of a communication from one of the women to the rescue police injured by the slaughter inside one of the garages in Bab al-Haras area.
It was found that the carcass "buffalo batlo" was slaughtered in violation of Law 503 of 1966 and Ministerial Resolution 517 of 1986 and Ministerial Resolution 727 of 2017, which prohibits the slaughter of buffalo calves unless the weight reaches 400 kilos and slaughter them outside the slaughterhouse and the apparent examination was signed by the veterinarian, In the properties, color, smell and texture, and the weight of the meat does not exceed 50 kg.
When asked the butcher who was arrested, he confirmed that he had slaughtered it for the owner of the garage called "MSA" owner of a butcher shop and released the record No. 515 misdemeanors of the section for the year 2019, Which ordered the slaughter of the carcass refrigerator cooled Directorate of Veterinary Medicine and the formation of a veterinary committee to examine the carcass in preparation for execution.
The campaign was also able to control 40 kilos of meat in the butcher shop in the village of Sharabas of the center of Faraskur for slaughtering outside the slaughterhouse and release the necessary record
