The court summoned employees and officials of the company to develop 80 houses on the site next to the forest and asked them questions about logging along with the company's president and the tree administrator.
Investigators have been searching for who cut the tree five months ago. "We took this issue seriously and it took a lot of hard work to get to this stage," one of them said.
Said Lee Turner, director of the World Park Penllergare Trust, Speaking of logging, that we have excellent records of rare trees during the past 200 years, after the world of plants Delwyn Lilwin planted these wonderful trees, was the earliest recorded of trees Narda in 1842.
Tree expert Jeremy Barrell said the tree was likely to be one of the first to bring redwood to the UK, explaining that the tree had not been properly preserved, but the investigation was still under way, and one would soon be in place.
