It is noteworthy that the committee of the plan and budget headed by MP Hussein Issa, intensifying its meetings during the current days to complete the draft general budget of the State 2019/2020 by the end of the month of Ramadan, a prelude to discuss the plenary session and approval, and the new budget is the largest public budget in the history of Egypt, Billion pounds, an increase of 10.6% compared to the budget of the current fiscal year 2018/2019, which recorded expenditures of trillions and 424 billion pounds. The new budget includes the allocation of more than 31 billion pounds to increase the salaries of state employees, in addition to 89 billion to support bread and ration goods, and tens of billions of additional programs for support and social welfare.
