The Saudi General Authority for Sport decides to exempt the president of Jeddah from his post
The General Authority for Sport in Saudi Arabia, headed by Prince Abdulaziz Al-Faisal, issued a decree ending the mandate of Abdullah Petrji, President of Ahli Jeddah.
Saudi Arabia's Al Ahly Club ranked fourth in the table of the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Professional Tournament with 55 points and qualified for the AFC Champions League.
The General Authority for Sports, through its official website Twitter, announced the issuance of a decision to terminate the mandate of Batterjee and assigning Ahmed Sayegh to run the club until the next general assembly.
Petrji was appointed president of Ahli Jeddah, the end of last December after the resignation of the former club president Majid Nafie, from his post because of poor results of the team.
