Major General Mohamed Yahya Kamal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Water and Sanitation Company in Luxor, inspected the water supply project of Al-Amari and Al-Madamoud on Monday evening after obtaining approval for financing the project for LE 24 million.
A tour was held to follow up the work of the project, accompanied by Engineer Mohamed Shehata, Director General of the follow-up to the projects of the Authority, Eng. Walid Abbas, Director General of the Department of North Luxor, and visited the administrative building for water management north of Luxor and the laboratory and the customer service building. Then they went to the site 17 thousand m3 / day, and the RBF beach wells with three wells of disposal 3 thousand m3 / day, and the establishment of 4 other wells and a reservoir of land capacity of 3000 m3 and the system of pumps with engines and a power adapter and a main panel, to pump water directly in the pipeline UPVC diameter 400 Mm & 315 mm with a length of 11.5 km, including the AADI The highest of the canals, the banks, the bottom of the railway and the Luxor Qena agricultural road, as well as the air and washing valves to improve the service of the citizens with drinking water in the building of Amari and Almamoud.
