The Planning and Budget Committee of the House of Representatives on Tuesday called on the Ministry of Planning to send a detailed memorandum on the urgent projects implemented during the current fiscal year 2018/2019 and the targets during the new year 2019/2020.

Shaarawy said that this amount represents reserves to finance urgent future plans, especially the 2030 strategies and the scientific research strategy, which prompted Dr. Hussein Issa, Chairman of the Committee to ask whether there is an additional allocation for scientific research.
