The Moroccan team starts negotiating with replacement Herve Renard

CAIRO: Officials of the Moroccan Football Federation are preparing to appoint a new coach to succeed Frenchman Herve Rennard, who is close to leaving the Atlas Lions after the end of the African Cup of Nations due to be held from June 21 to July 19 in Egypt.

The Moroccan club's website published the comments of Olympique Lyon coach Bruno Geneso, who confirmed that the Moroccan Football Federation [MMA] would continue to succeed Reynard if he leaves the team in the coming period.

He has been in charge of coaching Olympique Lyon since 2015. He led the team in 184 games during that time, winning 100 wins and 37 draws, losing 47 matches.
