Saudi deal competes with Zamalek to join Laba Kudju
Saudi Arabia's Al Ittifaq Club is seeking the services of Laba Kudjou, striker of Nahdet Berkane El Maghraby team, during the upcoming summer transfer period, according to Saudi press reports.
Khaled al-Dabal, president of Al-Ittifaq club, will hold a meeting with Togolese agent Laba Kudju in order to complete the deal.
The newspaper said that the management of the agreement opened channels of communication with the agent Laba Kudju to identify the material demands to complete the deal.
Earlier, Moroccan media reports revealed that Laba Kudjou, the star of Morocco's volcano, was close to moving to Zamalek during the summer transfer period.
The website "Today 24" that the Togolese Laba Kudjo expressed his initial approval to move to Zamalek during the transfer period next summer to go to the first professional experience in the Egyptian league competition.
He added that Zamalek club entered into serious negotiations with Laba Kudjou and his agent several days ago, explaining that the negotiations between the two parties have reached their final stages.
Laba Kudjo scored the goal of Nahdet Berkan's victory over Zamalek in the first leg of the African Confederation Cup final held last week in Morocco.
