Engineer Tariq Al-Sebaie, Vice Chairman of the Urban Communities Authority, said that the Authority will not recognize the land of the hand in the new Sphinx system, except to submit applications for legalization last year before the date of 14-6-2018.

Engineer Tariq al-Sebaie stressed that it was noticed that some individuals and companies advertise through social networks about the sale of land within the boundaries of the new city of Sphinx on the pretext of owning these lands. He stressed that in order to protect the public interest and the interests of citizens and protect them from falling into these advertisements, It also warns all companies, associations, individuals and entities from carrying out any actions or attempting to establish any facilities on these lands before returning to the city apparatus. In case of violation, legal procedures will be taken.
