Report of the Food Inspector: Mozzarella cheese seized in expired students
The report of the Food Inspector in the seizure of 4 tons and 800 kilos of mozzarella cheese possessed by a refrigerator owner in Talabiya, it is expired, and unfit for human consumption.
The accused admitted exploiting the desire of citizens to buy milk during the month of Ramadan to promote the seizures. He added that he collected them and then re-cut them and packaged them in new containers, in preparation for offering them for sale in markets, shops and restaurants. Legal proceedings were taken against the accused and referred to the prosecution for investigation.
The investigation of the officers of the Supply Investigation Department in Giza found that the owner of a dairy refrigerator in Al-Talabiya, for quantities of unidentified mozzarella cheese, was unfit for human consumption, and was cut and packaged in containers.
In preparation of the ambush of the accused, he was seized with 4 tons and 800 kilos of cheese not suitable for human consumption, and released a report of the incident, and began prosecution of the investigation.
