Renewing the imprisonment of the murderer of the priest of the Church of St. Mark in Shubra Al-Khaymah for 15 days
The judge of the opposition to the Shubra al-Khaymah Instance Court ordered the renewal of the detention of "Kamal.sh", the servant of St. Mark's Church in Shubra al-Kheima, 15 days after the investigation, for killing Father Makar Saad, the church priest, with three bullets to the head.
The defendant confessed to the judge, Ahmed El-Beltagy, the second chief prosecutor of Shubra el-Kheima, that he committed the crime. The prosecution charged him with premeditated murder, possession of unlicensed firearms and gunshots and ordered his imprisonment.
He was informed of the second police department of Shubra El-Kheima, of the security services assigned to secure the Church of Mary Mark in the Arab unit of the Department of the Department, with the firing of shots, and died inside the church.
Immediately, Brigadier Yahya Radi, the head of the Qalioubia investigation, examined the discovery of the 54-year-old priest of the church, Kamal Sh., And resident of Um Bayoumi, the first department of Shubra al-Khaymah. Nari Tabenge was in his possession, causing his head to be shot dead, and immediately died, because of differences between them, prior to the victim agreed with the accused to help him in marriage to give him money, and did not do so two days ago, gave him a financial amount of capacity EGP 1000 only.
On the day of the crime, the accused returned to request another sum of money from the victim, but he refused and there was a verbal quarrel between them, which led to the firing of several shots towards him, causing his injury, which claimed his life and escaped.
The accused surrendered himself to the departmental court, and in the face of it he confessed to committing the incident as a result of the victim's failure to fulfill his promise to help him financially. He resolved and intended to get rid of him.
In order to do so, he bought the weapon used in the incident from an unidentified person and hid it inside the church in the fifth-floor luggage store. Today he brought him and assaulted the victim.
Following the legalization of the proceedings, the body was transferred to the Zinham clinic in Cairo, and the custody of the body is at the disposal of the Public Prosecution.
