The Cairo Criminal Court, headed by Judge Shabib al-Dhamrani, decided to renew the detention of 9 accused in the charge of joining the so-called "Association of Families of the Involuntarily Disappeared" and to promote false news and rumors about enforced disappearances in Egypt in case No. 900 of 2017. State, for 45 days.
The Public Prosecutor's Office directed the accused in the case, which carried the number 900 for the year 2017, to confine the security of a higher state to the crimes of establishing, leading and joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law, calling for disabling the constitution and preventing state institutions from carrying out their work and communicating with foreign organizations for the purpose of harming national security , The dissemination of false news, and the promotion of rumors that would harm the political status of the country.
