"Religious Parliament" completes the discussion of the law of the Endowments Authority after the Eid al-Fitr

The Committee on Religious Affairs and Endowments, headed by Dr. Osama Al-Abd, will discuss the draft law submitted by the government on the issuance of the Law "Reorganization of the Egyptian Endowments Authority" following the Eid al-Fitr, with its meetings scheduled for 9, 10 and 11 June.

The meetings of the discussion of the draft law include the committees of the committees (agriculture, irrigation, food security and livestock, housing, public utilities and reconstruction, local administration, plan and budget), government representatives from the Ministries of Justice, Endowments, Planning and Finance, representatives of the Egyptian Endowments Authority and representatives of Al-Azhar and the Church.

The Committee on Religious Affairs and Endowments has decided on a number of articles of the draft law, including article (1) which states that: "The Egyptian Endowments Authority is a public body with a legal personality, which is affiliated to the Minister of Awqaf. In the rest of the provinces, "and resolved the article that determines the funds of the endowment, and the substance of the composition of the Board of Directors of the Authority.
