The report confirmed That the offenses included The total amount of the sum of 250 thousand US dollars, equivalent to one million and 677 thousand pounds, for the implementation of training courses in the Egyptian Center for Veterinary Studies and Training, without any documents for disbursement and settlement, as well as the absence of the unit of the project account for books and records of registration and registration of withdrawals and calculations and financial transactions Which took place through the loan, in violation of the provisions of the law.

The irregularities include the disbursement of monthly incentives to some employees, against non-specialized accounts, with a total of 535 thousand pounds, because of the prohibition of the loan agreement to pay any bonuses or incentives to the employees, which is a forgery of money from the back sections and non-specialization and depletion of account balances in Its purpose, and its appearance on the ground.

The report also noted the unjustified disbursement of fees, representing the remuneration of trainers, supervision, follow-up and assistive devices for some training programs, as well as the performance of some of the leadership positions in the General Authority for Veterinary Services to oversee the training programs, and the combination of lectures and supervision tasks in the training program .
