The Supreme State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of 15 days on the basis of the investigations conducted by the prosecution, accusing them of involvement of a terrorist group established contrary to the provisions of the law, and using social media sites to spread false news.
The prosecution charged the accused in Case 488 of 2019 with confining the security of a superior state, committing crimes involving the participation of a terrorist group in achieving its objectives, receiving financing for terrorist purposes, participating in a criminal agreement intended to commit a terrorist crime, receiving funding and participating in a criminal agreement, The International Information Network with a view to committing an offense punishable by law with a view to disturbing public order.
