Re-imprisonment of the accused to kill his friend in Marj because of financial disputes
The Cairo Criminal Court has decided to renew the detention of the accused for the murder of a friend due to financial disputes at the mosque, 45 days after the investigation.
The defendant admitted to killing his friend with details of the crime, that he had asked for a ransom of half a million pounds from his family, and that he was preparing to buy "Schneur" to dismember the body and hide before he was discovered and his brother discovered the body of the victim inside his apartment.
The accused, Atef S., 42, said he had gone through a financial crisis and used his brother's travel constantly and asked him to key his apartment to carry out his crime and asked his victim friend, Yassin, 26, to come with him to bring some personal belongings.
