Qalioubia Water Company cancels holidays and declares emergency on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr
Al-Qalioubia Water Company announced the state of emergency and canceled the workers' permits, with the operation of the rosary system in all water and drainage stations, in preparation for Eid al-Fitr, which will be dissolved next week.
Eng. Mostafa Mujahid, President of Qalioubia Water Company, said that the company started operating an internal emergency room in preparation for Eid al-Fitr to follow up all complaints received through the hotline and work on solving them immediately, especially the problems related to the appearance of a rash in the streets.
He stressed the regularity of work in all water and drainage stations and networks at the governorate level, and the continuation of the system of shifts in all sites of the company during the Eid holiday. He also stressed the presence of heads of sectors and managers of the public in their areas of work, and the continuous assurance on the smooth functioning and the absence of any problems in the networks, with the need to immediately on the existence of any complaints.
The head of the drinking water and sanitation company in Qalioubiya said that the company receives communications and complaints from citizens within 24 hours, through the hot lines allocated to water and drainage facilities at No. 125 in Greater Cairo.
