Prosecutors refer the case of bribery of the Agricultural Cooperative Society for crimes
The Public Prosecutor's Office ordered the transfer of the three defendants in the bribery case of the Cooperative Society for Agrarian Reform to the Criminal Court. The Court of Appeal of Cairo set the June 3 hearing before District 17 North of Giza to hear the case.
According to investigations by the Public Funds Prosecution, the first defendant, as accountant of the General Cooperative Society for Agrarian Reform, unlawfully appropriated the structure of ownership of the funds of her employer by taking the sum of 874 thousand and 522 pounds. This was the trick that exploited her position and the fact that she was competent to edit checks, To falsify the name of the beneficiary in the bank checks value after the signature of the employee concerned in the work, by erasing the names and the correct values of those checks and the registration of its name as a beneficiary and knew from the bank drawn on those checks and seizure of their mandate, Fictitious felony in the editors of a company.
