Prosecution summons security personnel and church workers to question them about the killing of Shubra al-Kheima's priest
The prosecution of the second section of Shubra al-Khaymah, under the supervision of Counselor Khalid al-Atrabi, Attorney General of South Lebanon, summoned the police security personnel responsible for securing the Church of St. Mark and the church workers to ask them about the circumstances of the killing of the pastor by a servant on Monday.
The security personnel confirmed that they were only charged with insurance from the outside and had nothing to do with the church from inside. They heard the sound of gunshots and turned towards the source of the sound. They found the priest in the library room, drowned in his blood and next to him, and they called the ambulance in an attempt to save him.
Major General Reza Tabbila, Director of Al Qalioubia Security, received a notice that the priest, 65-year-old Pastor of St. Mark Church in Shubra Al-Khaima, was killed on Monday by Nari Tabanga by the church's servant, Kamal Sh. 54, and resident of Um Bayoumi, first department of Shubra El-Kheima, I shoot the head and die instantly.
The accused made detailed statements to the policemen in a second section. The confessions included the purchase of the weapon used in the incident "Tabnja" by a person who did not know his statements and hid him inside the church in the luggage store on the fifth floor and today after a verbal argument between them brought him and shot the victim while sitting inside His room was a fugitive.
The defendant added that the motive behind the killing was the differences between the two before the victim agreed with him to help him marry his son to give him money and did not do so and two days ago gave him a financial amount of 1000 pounds only, today again requested another financial amount of the victim but refused to occur Between them a verbal altercation, after which he fired several rounds of fire, causing his injury, which claimed his life and then handed himself to the police.
The necessary minutes were released and the prosecution decided to carry out an autopsy to determine the cause of death and requested the investigation of the criminal investigation into the incident and its circumstances.
