Promotional campaigns for tourist destinations are aimed at China and India to boost traffic
The Tourism Promotion Authority is in the process of setting up its promotional campaigns for the coming winter season, which starts in October. The Authority will set new target markets that will intensify the traffic coming from them and overcome obstacles to the influx of tourists.
Ahmed Yousuf, chairman of the Tourism Promotion Authority, said for the seventh day that there are new markets targeted by the Authority intensively this year to activate the movement coming from it, mainly India, China and Latin America, within the framework of the plan to diversify tourist markets and not just specific markets.
He pointed out that the attention to new markets does not mean neglecting traditional markets, but the campaigns of the Commission will work in parallel in all the target markets, but he explained that the Authority is doing promotional campaigns for each specific market.
He pointed out that each market has been studied separately requirements and desires and promotional tools that fit with him to ensure the reach of the message to the largest number of target audience, you must know how to choose the appropriate tool for each market, apart from our concern to use marketing tools and promotion of new and new partnerships, but also keen to talk With each market separately and translated.

The number of tourists coming to Egypt from China during the year 2018, 234,747 tourists, while tourism from the Indian market: 126 thousand and 697 tourists.
