President of Sohag University to inspect blind students' exams at Noor Al-Basira Center

Dr. Ahmed Aziz, President of Sohag University, inspected the second semester exams for the blind students at the Noor al-Basira Center, which will take place from 18 May to 18 June at the Center's headquarters in the C Building of the Old University.

The university president said that 30 students of the Faculty of Arts with visual disabilities studying in the departments of Islamic studies, history, sociology, Arabic language and media, are taking the exams at the end of the university year without facilities, using the computer by listening to the questions on CD CD He added that the University of Sohag succeeded in applying this pioneering experiment among the Egyptian universities during the first semester. The success rate exceeded 86%. One student received the information department Was awarded a distinction and was ranked first in the payment, and one of the students of the Department of Islamic studies was very good estimate, and eleven students were well rated.

Dr. Imad Al-Swaina, Director of the Noor Al-Basira Center, said that the exam hall contains 15 computers. The exams will take place in two periods starting from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 1:00 pm 4 pm on Sunday and Wednesday and the rest of the week from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, adding that the students were provided with comfort and reassurance during the exam, as well as supporting the center's members to help students solve any problem they may face.
