Cairo Criminal Court, held in Abbasiya, decided to postpone the trial of the formation of a gang in the charge of forgery of official editors to obtain licenses for a car to be issued to the transit unit of Egypt to obtain a loan for September 2.

The defendants, Samer, Abbas, Mohammed and Ahmad, were found guilty of fraud in an official editor in association with another unknown person. , In the manner of persuasion that they agreed with him to create the same as the right editors and helped him by providing him with the data to be authenticated.

In addition to the accused, in conjunction with the anonymous person, signed their attribution to the competent authority of that body, and they committed the forgery of martial law attributed to a commercial institution belonging to the first defendant and a company attributed to the third and fourth defendants. They used the false papers that they submitted through the second defendant for the purpose of obtaining a loan, 220 thousand pounds from a bank using false papers.

The investigations revealed that after receiving information on the receipt of Mr. Samer M., the general manager of the institution on the amount of 220 of the bank's funds through obtaining a loan to buy a car under documents issued to official bodies in the state, and found that the bank is subject to the supervision of the Central Bank and granting loans to purchase cars for customers .

The investigation added that the main defendant, along with the other defendants, submitted a price offer to the bank claiming that he bought a car and then made a receipt stating that the company received the car's owner and made a temporary permit for the new Egypt Traffic Unit. Pounds, then the main defendant stopped paying.
