Al-Mahalla Al-Kubra City Council in Gharbia Governorate, headed by Eng. Mohamed Serag, head of Al-Mahalla Al-Kubra Center and City in coordination with the first and second districts of Mahalla, launched joint cleaning campaigns to improve public cleanliness in Mahalla Al-Kubra city.
Land clearance after removal of waste
The joint cleaning campaign was completed on Al-Tara'a Street and lasted for two days. Around 80 tons of rubbish and waste were lifted. A number of loaders and cars were loaded to load the garbage on both sides of the road. The street was paved due to paving work currently underway on the street. Campaigning for Skeh Kutur Street has expanded, and many equipment has been directed to participate in garbage removal.

Within the scope of the first district of Mahalla, clean-up campaigns were carried out, including the industrial zone, the rugby, the land of the Shamy and the Kafr El-Sheikh road. Large quantities of piles of accumulated rubbish were removed and streets were paved with gravel.
