Eng. Mohamed Salah El-Din Abdel Ghaffar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Water and Sanitation Company in Assiut and New Valley, announced the first mobile center to go around the streets and squares to provide customer service and awareness of the importance of rationalizing the consumption of water inside houses.

"Seventh Day" reviews the best services provided to citizens within the first mobile center of the Assiut Water Company.

1- The mobile service center receives citizens' complaints and inquiries and clarifies any query about the consumption of water inside the houses.

2 – Citizens can pay the bills of water and immediate payment and also counter payment basins.

3. The Mobile Center provides awareness-raising services to citizens to raise the awareness of citizens about the need to rationalize the use of water.

4- The mobile service car includes a 56-inch display to display awareness films and services provided by the company to citizens.

5 – There is a car (2) one basin is dedicated to learning the culture of water conservation, and the other to teach the installation of the saved pieces, and the extent of benefit.

6 – The car contains an office to receive citizens' complaints and respond to their inquiries, a program to receive complaints and inquiries of citizens (cms).

7 – The car also supported his office dedicated to the presentation of educational materials and awareness.
