MP Hisham Abdul Wahed, Chairman of the Committee on Transportation and Communications in the House of Representatives, said that the Committee will organize a field visit to Safaga and Hurghada after Eid al-Fitr, to inspect the functioning of the Red Sea ports, with the participation of a number of members of the Transport Committee.

The Chairman of the Committee on Transport, that the Committee will inspect the situation in the Red Sea port during the visit, and after the visit will prepare a report on the visit to the Council.

The Transportation and Communications Committee in the House of Representatives, headed by Hisham Abdul Wahid, inspected the Taba land port as part of its tour of South Sinai Governorate to inspect a number of transport projects, roads, land and sea ports in the province about ten days ago.

During the visit, a documentary film about the port and its role, which is 27 thousand meters, is a tourist port for the transit of individuals for tourism and there is no transport of goods through it.
