New Valley lifts emergency after desert locust swarm in Paris
The Governor of the New Valley, Major General Mohamed Zamlout, decided on Sunday to raise the emergency level with the executive organs of the province to confront the desert locust swarm in the center of Paris.
Zamlout stressed that the size of the injury is simple and not alarming, and that two technical committees have been formed to resist the insect, in the areas of the center of Paris and south of the villages of Darb al-Arbaeen, the first was provided with all possibilities of pesticides and chemicals, fuel for cars and pay cars and equipped for the work of control, Locusts.
The governor added that the second committee was formed by the membership of agriculture and the president of the Paris Center to inspect the infected areas and prepare a detailed report on the infection and how to confront it in peaceful scientific ways to confront the insect and prevent its extension to the farms and fields.
