New Cairo: 45 days for the owners of the units to return the original or withdraw

Adel Al-Najjar, Chairman of the Development Authority of New Cairo City, confirmed that 45 days have been granted from the date of the announcement to the owners of the housing units in violation of the activity assigned to them in the city, to return the matter to its original and remove the reasons for the violation.

The head of the agency said that the new Cairo City Authority has issued (171) decisions for the withdrawal and recovery of the residential units in the third district of the fifth assembly in the city according to the law, and that time was granted to end the necessary security procedures or to return the thing to its origin by the unit holders.

"This is a confirmation of the serious steps taken by the city apparatus towards the violations related to the transfer of housing units to shops or otherwise," the head of the agency said.
